Our NACCR 2026 host hotel is conveniently located next to our conference venue and with a direct connection to the venue’s South building. The following conference rate will be offered to attendees of NACCR:

  • Queen Bed Single: $200 USD/night excl. taxes (~15.9% combined local/county/state taxes).
  • Queen Bed Double: $200 USD/night excl. taxes (~15.9% combined local/county/state taxes).

* Total number of rooms per room type will vary, so we recommend reserving a room as soon as possible.

For those booking ahead, the conference schedule includes:

  • Saturday, July 11: short courses, workshops, field trips.
  • Sunday, July 12: short courses, workshops, opening events.
  • Monday, July 13 – Thursday, July 16: scientific program, closing event.
  • Friday, July 17: short courses, workshops, field trips.

Billing has been setup per contract for guests to pay their own expenses. Cut-off date for reservations under the room block with the negotiated group rate is on July 1, 2026.

Room Descriptions

  • Queen Bed Single: This comfortable room has 1 Queen Bed outfitted with the Hilton Paradigm bed, plush linens, updated lighting, and a functional workstation. Additional amenities include a 55-inch HDTV, WiFi (complimentary for Honors Members), hand steamer, in-room safe, and single-serving pod coffee maker. Enjoy a bathroom with marble countertops, luxurious finishes, and mirrors with built-in lighting.
  • Queen Bed Double: Select this double double room and enjoy the classic cherry furnishings. Relax in front of the TV, featuring a range of on-demand movies. Catch up with work at the desk. Surf the web with WiFi (nominal fee). Sleeps 4.

Parking

  • Limited on-site parking is available for registered delegates, guests and others staying at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center. Parking is available on a first-come, first- served basis, and is subject to a discounted overnight self-parking fee of $20 per vehicle.
