⭐️ SCBNA is excited to introduce our Community, Access, Reach, & Engagement (CARE) committee! ⭐️
This committee works to build a safe and supportive community within SCBNA, in which all are welcome to come together and collaborate towards our common goal of supporting conservation efforts in North America.
Please direct any questions or concerns to SCBNA’s Diversity Officer, Anna Weber, at care@scbnorthamerica.org or our Director of Operations and Programs, Bernie Traversari, at bernie.traversari@scbnorthamerica.org.
#GivingTuesday is a global celebration of generosity. At the Society for Conservation Biology North America (SCBNA), it’s a day made for celebrating our diverse community of conservation students and professionals!
This year, more than 1300 members and non-members have taken part in programming – including our first-ever Conservation Forum, skill-building webinars, and online workshops – and more continue to engage as volunteers and leaders across our key programmatic areas: Conservation Policy, Student Affairs, DEIJ, Education, Chapters, and Conferences.
SCBNA’s GivingTuesday campaign is now OPEN for EARLY DONATIONS! You can give anytime until Tuesday, Dec 2! ❤️ Help us raise $2,500 to support our programs and grants: https://members.conbio.org/SCBCore/Fundraising/Donate_Now.aspx?itemid=sect_scbna
