SCBNA recognizes the barriers that prevent some members and attendees from participating in the congress. Read the recently released SCBNA statement for additional information. Read below on ways to access filmed talks, and/or offer your presentation to be filmed.
For those unable to attend the conference- request a filmed presentation:

Make a request on Twitter, tweet “film request” @NACCB2018. Include the speaker, talk title, date, time, and room. Please make requests as far in advance as possible.

Please note postings will be available pending speaker consent and volunteer filming availability.
Offer your presentation to be filmed:

Make your offer on Twitter, tweet “presentation film offer” @NACCB2018. Include the speaker, talk title, date, time, and room. Please make offers as far in advance as possible.

Make an offer onsite, visit the Registration Community Board and write your name, talk title, date, time, and room on sheet provided. Please make offers as far in advance as possible.
Offer to film a presentation:

Follow @NACCB film requests and reply/volunteer yourself to film a requested talk. Gain verbal consent from the speaker before filming.

Film the talk with laptop or smartphone. Upload the video in the comments section of the pinned NACCB presentations post on our Facebook Page.
- We ask that those filming talks please be mindful of other attendees in the room so as to not disrupt others.
