Toronto Shooting Update

We are aware of last night’s shooting in Toronto’s Greektown neighborhood & are gathering information regarding the safety of NACCB participants. We extend our deepest condolences to those affected. We will provide updates as further information becomes available to us. We recognize that events like this can bring up memories of prior trauma or similar difficult experiences. Please be aware that our conflict resolution officer, Tara Pocrnic is available to you as a resource should you need to speak with anyone on this topic throughout the conference week, and she may provide further assistance as needed. Please see the back of your badge for contact information. If you have any safety concerns, do not hesitate to contact us, or Westin staff. Your safety is our highest priority.

On behalf of NACCB 2018,
