NACCR 2026: Seeking Partners

To host a successful North American Congress, we need dedicated support from partner organizations. Becoming a sponsor will provide exposure for your organization, demonstrate your commitment to conservation and/or restoration efforts in the region, and enhance your visibility among influential leaders and decision-makers. Organizations supporting NACCR 2026 also help defray the costs of the meeting and provide support for an outstanding scientific society and community of practitioners.

Your support enables travel assistance for students attending NACCR 2026, facilitating networking with the conservation and restoration communities, potential research supervisors, and employment opportunities. Students can enhance their communication and presentation skills through a student awards competition, with modest awards sponsored by your support.

Additionally, your support provides registration and travel assistance for attendees from traditionally excluded and underrepresented groups in conservation and restoration. NACCR aims to host an inclusive and equitable event that fosters career and research advancement and collaboration for the entire conservation and restoration communities. Exhibitors

NACCR welcomes organizations and companies to host exhibitor spaces during the Congress main sessions, July 13-16. The exhibition hall will be centrally located. Coffee, tea, and snacks will be available to exhibitors and attendees in the exhibition hall ensuring high visibility during break times. Given limited exhibitor capacity, NACCR reserves the right to select exhibitors in an effort to balance a diversity of types of groups represented.

Exhibitor Information

To have space held for you in the exhibit area, full payment must be submitted at the time of registration.

Space fees include basic registration for one company representative and one 50% discounted representative, who will be working in the space during the Congress. In addition to the standard space package, organizations requiring badges in excess of their allotment must pay the regular registration fee for each additional person. Activities requiring an additional fee beyond basic registration, such as field trips and short courses, may be purchased separately when registration opens. Each exhibiting firm is responsible for its equipment and should have an attendant in the space during hours that the exhibit area is open to the public. It is recommended that exhibitors prioritize attendance at their space during breaks and passing times to maximize visibility and engagement with participants at the Congress. Exhibit representatives must wear the official Congress badge at all times while in the exhibit area.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before February 1, 2026 obligates the Exhibitor to 25% of the total space cost; cancellation before April 1, 2026 obligates the Exhibitor to 50% of the total space cost; and cancellation before June 1, 2026 obligates the Exhibitor to 75% of the total space cost. Cancellation after June 1, 2026 obligates the Exhibitor to full payment of the space fee, and refunds will not be made after this date. Any space not claimed and occupied by 12:00 p.m. local time on July 13, 2026 may be reassigned to another exhibitor without further notice to the originally scheduled occupant, and all fees forfeited.

Security

Neither SCBNA nor SER maintain insurance covering Exhibitors’ property. Protection of Exhibitors’ property shall at all times remain the responsibility of the Exhibitor. We do not anticipate traffic during non-event hours/while the venue is closed, but security is not guaranteed outside of that provided by the venue. Insurance is to be arranged by Exhibitors at their own cost.

Exhibit Description

Exhibitors are requested to submit a 50-word typed description of their exhibit. The description must be received no later than April 15, 2026, so it may be included in the Official Meeting Program.

Space Assignments

Exhibitors will be assigned a space location in the designated area once registration is complete. The space will be assigned in the order in which exhibitor registrations are received. 

Advertising Information

There will be a number of digital advertising options available in the online program and mobile Congress app, including banner ads, footer ads, splash screen ads and others. We will post information on specific options, required file dimensions and resolution, and pricing to the sponsors and exhibitors page of the Congress website (www.scbnacongress.org) by late 2025. Costs will range from $250-$500 USD. The deadline for providing advertising files will be May 15, 2026.
