Exhibit representatives must wear the official Congress badge at all times while in the exhibit area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation before February 1, 2026 obligates the Exhibitor to 25% of the total space cost; cancellation before April 1, 2026 obligates the Exhibitor to 50% of the total space cost; and cancellation before June 1, 2026 obligates the Exhibitor to 75% of the total space cost. Cancellation after June 1, 2026 obligates the Exhibitor to full payment of the space fee, and refunds will not be made after this date.
